Grand Seiko Heritage Collection
The Grand Seiko Heritage ref. SBGA413 is inspired by the famous 62GS from 1967, the first Grand Seiko watch outfitted with an automatic movement and the watch upon which the brand built its iconic aesthetic. Vintage-inspired design elements from the 1960s model include Grand Seiko’s celebrated Zaratsu polish, sharp edges, and a bezel-free case that allows for a wider view of the dial. Like many of the models in the Grand Seiko catalog, reference SBGA413 honors the beautiful landscape surrounding the company’s watchmaking studios in Japan. The example you see here pays homage to Shunbun, the time just after spring when cherry blossoms petals fill the air, with a pale pink textured dial.
